supervision

I work with supervisees in training, in private practice and those employed or volunteering who need to provide their own, or supplement their organisational, supervision.

I am committed to working with you in achieving the best outcomes for your clients.

How I am as a therapist is how I am as a supervisor. I behave slightly differently in a group setting, to reflect the different roles required to be an effective supervisor.

Like my therapy work, I encourage a space of safety and connection by being aware and present, giving my full attention, maintaining neutrality, giving space for difficult emotions, providing unconditional love and understanding and acceptance.

I see supervision as an essential part of the counselling process. I see my role as supporting you to grow in your work.
